Hi, I am Michelle! I believe that true healing cannot happen alone. Most of our trauma occurs from relationships, therefore, healing requires safe community. I am here to provide a safe, supportive environment and an empathetic human connection to facilitate authentic healing and growth.
Radical Serenity is emphatically liberation-focused, anti-racist,
de-colonial, and anti-oppressive. I support individuals of all identities, cultures, bodies, and backgrounds. I believe that understanding individual trauma must also include the systems and external dynamics that affect one’s internal experience, and I integrate this perspective with my clients.

Intake Appointment
New clients can schedule a 60-minute intake. This session provides an opportunity to review your goals for therapy as well as to see if we are a good fit.

Standard Therapy Sessions
A 60-minute therapy session provides space to process recent experiences and collaborate towards treatment goals. This is the typical session for most established clients.

Modified Therapy Sessions
30 and 90 minute sessions are also provided as alternate timeframes to best meet your current needs. A 30-minute session can be a convenient option to fit into your day or have multiple sessions in a week. A 90-minute session can provide more space to process or dig deeper.
